The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit was already established and operating without obtaining the required consent. Subsequently, the industry submitted an online application for a fresh Consent to Establish (CTE)/NOC instead of applying for Consent to Operate (CTO).
2. The address mentioned in the application form is Village Malkana, Tehsil Samana, District Patiala, whereas the actual location of the unit is in Village Retgarh urf Fatehgarh.
3. The project proponent has not submitted the Land Use Classification / Change of Land Use (CLU) document.
4. The project proponent is required to clarify whether the total land reported under the Right to Business framework includes the land of the already established industry or only newly proposed land.
