On scrutinizing the application of the industry it is observed as under:
1) The industry is required to bring clarification from SEIAA, Punjab regarding non applicability of EC under EIA notification, 2006, as it has not obtained EC.
2) The industry has applied in the name of Biodiesel project however all the documents submitted are of intelligent material pvt. Ltd, please clarify.
3) As per the MOA, Preeti Gupta and Neha Gupta are directors , however no authority letter authorising Vivek Gupta has been submitted.
4) The industry has not submitted completion certificate of APCD provided with thermic fluid heater and it's dimensional drawing.
5) Proof of date commissioning has been submitted of another unit Dysten Technology as such adequacy of fee cannot be adjudged.
6) In the NOC, the industry has proposed to install STP for the treatment of domestic waste water but now it has proposed septic tank
