The application of the project was scrutinized and it was observed that the application form is not completely filled and various has been left blank. As per the project report attached the proposed total cost of the project is Rs. 2478.00 Lakhs whereas in the application form the applicant has filled the same as Rs. 1629.88 Lakhs. Further, as per Board’s office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/F-244/2011/271 dated 10/10/2011 regarding siting guidelines for hotels/motels/restaurant/lodge/inn/guest house/banquet Hall/marriage palace it is clearly mentioned that in case hotel is located within MC limits, the project proponent will submit a certificate issued by the concerned Municipal Corporation to the effect that the site is suitable as per the statutory/non-statutory Master Plan and their bye-laws and/or submits building plan duly approved by the said Authority and it will also take permission from Municipal Corporation for Management and Handling of the Solid Waste. Further as per the application form the built up area has been left blank from which it cannot be confirmed whether Environmental Clearance is required for the project or not.
Clarify the above mentioned shortcomings, so as to further process to applications. |
