On scrutinizing the application and linkage with the record file of the industry, it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has applied for obtaining consents to operate through applicant Sh. Nitesh Kumar, (Partner) however the industry was earlier granted consent to operate to the name of proprietor Sh. Harpal Rai. The industry is required to submit documentary proof with regard to change of ownership.
2) The industry has submitted cost of the fixed assets in the application form as Rs. 45.86 Lakhs however as per CA certificate submitted by the industry, the value of gross fixed assets is Rs. 50.37 Lakhs.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days.
