It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining consent to establish was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project cost has been mentioned as Rs. 60 lacs and project is mentioned as large category project, which is contradictory. Further, as per the project report uploaded online, total cost of the project is Rs. 24.9 crores. However, after total value of land as per registration deeds is more than Rs. 44 crores, whereas, in the project report it has been mentioned only Rs. 6.1136 crores which is contradictory. Therefore, the project report needs to be revised alongwith other details like water consumption and wastewater generation and also include the cost of STP and application form also to be amended accordingly.
2. The project proponent also needs to deposit the balance NOC as per serial no. 1.
3. The project proponent needs to submit permission from PWRDA regarding abstraction of ground water.
4. The resolution submitted by the project proponent regarding ZLD system to be provided by the proposed industries to be set up in the proposed industrial park , needs to be amended.
5. The project proponent has not submitted permission for disposal of solid waste.
6. The project proponent has earmarked the site for solid waste management adjacent to the existing choe, which is not desirable as there are high chances of waste flowing into the choe. The project proponent is required to change the site for solid waste management and earmarked the same on approved layout plan.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
