The industry had previously grant consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 on 23.09.2017 which expired on 31.12.2017 with special conditions that;
1) The service station shall submit the concrete documentary proof of date of commissioning so as to decide the consent fees and period for which consent has to be granted.
2) The service station to submit the permission from municipal corporation, Ludhiana for allowing discharge of effluent into M.C. sewer.
The industry had submitted a gross fixed assets of the C.A certificate dated 31.12.2016 then Rs. 46.74 Lacs and plant & machinery Rs. 9.05 Lacs. Now, the industry has applied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 alongwith gross fixed assets C.A certificate as on 08.09.2020 Rs. 53.94 Lacs, plant & machinery Rs. 10.16 Lacs. The industry has increased gross value of fixed assets from Rs. 46.74 to 53.94 Lacs & plant & machinery increased 9.05 to 10.16 Lacs. The industry has not submitted detail of additional machinery installed in this period in its premises.
You are requested to submit detail of addition in plant & machinery from 31.12.2016 to 08.09.2020. The industry is require to submit concrete documentary proof of date of commissioning and permission from municipal corporation, Ludhiana for allowing discharge of effluent into M.C. sewer within 03 days.
