It is submitted that the application has been scrutinized and following observations have been noted: -
1. The industry is required to submit certificate from Revenue Authorities (DC/ADC/SDM) indicating the distance of proposed site of industry from the MC Iimits/Phirni / Lallakir of the nearest village, in case, the industry is to be established at a site other than the site in the industrial area / industrial estate /industrial zone of the draft master plan / industrial zone of the notified master plan.
2. The Industry has proposed wet scrubber as APCD but as per MoEF&CC notification dated 18/05/2023 the Drum type Hot Mix Plants are required to install cyclone or multicyclones with wet scrubber.
Keeping in view of above, you are therefore requested to reply to above said observations within 02 days |
