It is intimated that while scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
1. In CA Certificate the value of Land, Building and other fixed assets has not been mentioned.
2. Being incomplete CA Certificate adequacy of consent fee can’t be adjudged.
3. The industry has increased the machinery from Rs. 14.71 lacs to 21.53 lacs, but the industry neither submitted the detail of increased machinery nor deposited the NOC regularization fee.
4. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of previous consent conditions granted to the Rice Sheller.
5. The industry has not submitted the stack emission analysis reports of Drier & Shelling Sections.
6. The industry has not submitted the point-wise compliance of Code of Practice prescribed for Rice Sheller.
