Please submit the latest CA certificate and submit the compliance of special conditions imposed as mentioned below
The industry will setup in-house testing arrangement to check the presence / adulteration of HCl in their
raw material / spent acid, within one week and inform the Regional Office with photographs through e-mail
about the compliance.
2. The industry shall obtain training from the Zonal Lab, Ludhiana for in-house checking of adulteration of
the HCl in H2SO4 solution or supply of HCl purely by the dealer in the guise of H2SO4. Zonal Lab,
Ludhiana shall issue a certificate regarding given a training and literature for facilitating them to check
inhouse adulteration or presence of HCl in their raw material / spent acid.
3. The industry shall not use HCl in its process.
4. The industry shall get its spent acid analysed from Board's lab within one month.
5. The industry shall extend its rent deed beyond 22.08.2023 and submit the same to the Board before its
