The Project Proponent is required to submit proper compliance of decision no. 2 of the hearing decision dated 04.01.2024, reproduced as under:
"2. The project proponent shall obtain the permission from the Municipal Council (MC) regarding disposal of treated effluent into MC sewer and shall also obtain the detail from the MC regarding the capacity of the terminal STP, quantum of treated effluent of the colony permitted for disposal into MC sewer and distance of the sewerline from the colony or shall provide adequate alternate arrangements for disposal of treated domestic effluent."
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 2 days, so the application may be processed further.
