The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted change of land use for the suitability of site for such type of projects.
2. The project proponent has proposed to discharge 74 KLD into MC Kharar sewer and same is not feasible. The project proponent needs to submit proposal regarding additional land for the disposal of treated effluent as, at present STP of MC, Kharar is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until, then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
