The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has applied for varied consents, it is not clear what change (increase/decrease) has been made in the project. Kindly submit details of the same.
2. Whether the project proponent has installed its own STP?
3. The project proponent is required to submit details regarding the quantity of utilization of treated effluent for various purposes such as back flushing, floor washing, green belt and excess water to be discharged in the MC sewer.
4. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate of STP indicating, stabilization of STP, the installation of its water meters and energy meters. The project proponent has not submitted sample analysis report of STP.
5. The project proponent is required to submit latest approved layout plan from the competent authority of GLADA, with clear indication with area details of its total land area, built up area, saleable area, green area etc.
6. The project proponent not submitted the details of current solid waste waste generation from its and its disposal arrangement. Please submit the same.
7. The project proponent is required to give details i.e. numbers of families presently residing.
8. The project proponent has not verified fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
