It is submitted that The industry has earlier granted CTO valid upto 31.03.28 for storage of Motor spirit@ 400 KLD, SKO@ 80 KLD, HSD @2000 KLD and Ethanol @ 55 KLD. However, the industry vide application under consideration has applied for obtaining CTO for MS, AWG- HSD, HSD, Ethanol, SLOP tank, Ethanol, NMA. The industry has not submitted any details regarding expansion made at site in machinery/storage capacity for change/ increase in products stored at site. Moreover the industry has not submitted NOC regularisation fee for increase in capacities. The application of the industry had already returned back with request to resubmit the application with proper justification as to why it has applied for obtaining consents inspite having valid consents of the Board, details of modifications/ expansion made at site, NOC regularisation fee, applicable consent fee. However, the industry has again submitted the same application without attending the above said observations. Please, clarify within 2 days. |
