The industry was granted NOC in 2020, at that time total proposed cost of the project was 1701.21 lacs, which include 501.44 lacs plant & machinery cost, 71.71 lacs land value, 434.58 lacs building value. As per latest CA certificate submitted by the industry, the total value of the fixed assets of the industry is 2108.75 lacs, which include 1500.29 lacs plant & machinery cost, 74.95 lacs land value, 533.51 lacs building value.
Now, the industry has applied for consent to operate after expansion. The industry has given the justification of addition of only 4 crore in plant & machinery but it has not given the details of addition of balance plant & machinery of value around 5.98 crore. Further, due to addition in the building the industry is also required to submit the revised building plant approved by the Competent person of Director of Factories.
The industry has also not verified consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 with the present applications. The industry generates hazardous waste under different categories due to which it is also required to apply authorization under Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016.
The last NOC was granted to the industry for the manufacturing of Agricultural Implements @ 1.2 T/day by using MS Sheet, MS Rod, MS Pipe & Welding Rods @ 1.2 T/day as raw material, however, in the present CTOs, there is change in type and quantity of the Raw material and also Products. The industry is required to clarify the above said observations.
