As per agreement submitted by the industry in clarification, it has made agreement with SPV for 2 KLD per week, however, in the application form, the industry has mentioned the generation of trade effluent @ 0.5 KLD which will become around 12 KLD in a month. Hence, the agreement seems on lower side as compared to the generation of effluent as given by the industry in the application form. The industry is required to clarify the same.
