That at present, MC sewer is not available at the site of colony. However, the project proponent had submitted that they had obtained the permission from EO, MC, Barnala vide no. 411/B dated 06/10/2022, that the colonies can discharge its treated effluent into MC sewer as and when MC sewer would install in the area. However, copy of said letter is not attached. Further, presently, the STP, Barnala is already operating at full capacity.
The project proponent has also submitted that it will be bound to develop plantation area as per Karnal Technology to utilized the entire treated effluent of qty. 265 KLD. However, detail of the land / plantation area proposed for the disposal of above said quantity of effluent is not given.
Therefore, you are requested to submit the adequate arrangements for the disposal of your treated effluent within 02 days positively.
