The pointwise reply of the observations raised by your office is as follows:
1) We have not yet installed all the plant as anodizing and power coating plants will be installed later. At that time, we will apply for consent to operate for full period i.e 5-years.
2) We will apply for obtaining authorization under Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 after the obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 from the Board which are pre-requisite documents to be submitted with the HWM authorization application.
3) The building plans have been got checked/ signed by Er. Lokinder Bansal, Competent Person approved by the Director of Factories, Punjab under the Factories Act, 1948 and same is attached herewith.
We hope you will find the above reply in order. It is requested to grant us consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 at the earliest.
