During scrutinizing the application following discrepancies are observed:-
1. Earlier application for obtaining environment clearance from SEIAA was processed by this office, but the industry has not submitted any copy of approval obtained from SEIAA regarding environment clearance of the site.
2. The industry has not submitted approval/clearance obtained regarding fire safety from concerned department
3. The industry has not highlight plantation area in site plan submitted.
4. The industry has not submitted detail of machinery installed as per proposal submitted during obtaining NOC.
Clarify within 02 days.
