The application of the industry was scrutinized and it is observed that the industry has submitted a DTP certificate vide letter no. 508 dated 12.04.2024, as per khasra no. 34//9/2(2-0) and 34//10/2(3-10), Total rakba 5 bigha 10 biswe (Approx. 1.15 Acres) Master Plan available in office records, Derabassi, falls under as per industry mixed, existing Industries Green Buffer and R-5 (18 meter wide road) Zone.
Please clarify regarding above within 02 days.

Sir,
I am unable to pay Rs. 25000/- as Environmental Compensation Fees imposed as I have taken the loan at higher rate of the interest from the market to apply for the consent.
Now due to disconnection of the industry, no body from market giving me loan as they are demanding 20% of interest per month for Rs. 25000/- loan. Now the market person demanding Rs. 250/- Per Day as interst which is more higher than 30%. Either i have to run industry the industry on huge interset which is impossible for me or i have to quite the industry by closing my unit, so that i may beg on roads for completing my family appetite. It will be full responsibility of the Competent Authority to make me begger or forcing me to go bad in life by delaying.
Kindly review the order of EC as I am hand to mouth & not earning hand now.
Kindly approve & restore the electric connection.
