The application submitted by the HCE has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The HCE has submitted that they deposited consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the HCE failed to link the same with online application.
2. The HCE has requested to deposit Rs. 32000/- (Rs. 16000/- under each act) as per Board notification no. 688 dated 02.03.2017.
It is requested to submit link the consent fee and deposit the balance fee within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
