While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. That the fixed assets of the industry has been increased from Rs. 2948.54 Lacs to 3142.06 Lacs, out of which industry has made an expansion in machinery head @ Rs. 184.17 Lacs without obtaining NOC of the Board. Please clarify and submit the compliance report of NOC conditions if would have been obtained by the industry for such expansion.
2. The industry has not submitted the record w.r.t. operation of ETP based on ZLD, please submit the same w.e.f. 1.10.2023 onwards with water balance details.
3. The industry ETP installed by the industry is on ZLD based, on the other hand it has submitted a copy of agreement dated 18.05.2023 with the operator of CETP for lifting of effluent @ 10,000 Lts/month.
4. The industry has neither submitted the analysis report of treated domestic effluent from the Boards Lab nor submitted the record w.r.t. operation of STP.
5. The industry has deposited Rs. 11300/- (Rs. 10800/- as NOC fee + Rs.500/- as consent form fee only). Please submit the complete details of consent fee deposited earlier, if any, other deposit the consent fee as prescribed by the Board.
6. The compliance report submitted by the industry is incomplete, as only noted has been written down almost in front of each consent condition. Please give the specific compliance of respective consent condition.
7. Please intimate the plantation area to dispose off the treated domestic effluent and also submit the site plan duly marked the plantation area.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
