While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. That the fixed assets of the industry has been increased from Rs. 2948.54 Lacs to 3142.06 Lacs, out of which industry has made an expansion in machinery head @ Rs. 184.17 Lacs without obtaining NOC of the Board. Please clarify and submit the compliance report of NOC conditions if would have been obtained by the industry for such expansion.
2. The industry has submitted the copy of Receipt of Rs. 1,69,200/- please submit the details in this regard.
3. The industry has not submitted the stack emission analysis reports from Boards Lab.
4. As the industry is using furnace oil as fuel, please submit the compliance of the Govt. Notification No. STE-STE010/64/2020-STE(5/4)455004 dated 09.11.2022 (copy attached).
5. The compliance report submitted by the industry is incomplete, as only agreed has been written down almost in front of each consent condition. Please give the specific compliance of respective consent condition.
