SUB : SHOW CAUSE NOTICE WITHOUT HEARING REGARDING AIR & WATER
CONSENTS OF OUR PET BOTTLING UNIT
Sir,
Please note that we have applied for renewal of Air & Water Consents of our Pet Bottling Unit on 3.6.2017 and we have received on-line show cause notice, reply of which is as under
1. We would like to inform you that there is proper bath room in the premises and its water is discharged for plantation through septic tank.
2. Latest C.A. certificate is attached herewith. As per latest C.A. certificate, cost of fixed assets is Rs. 39.02 Lakh (as on 31.3.2017), however Assets value as per previous Certificate (as on 31.3.2013) was Rs. 55.46 Lakh. In this regard, we would like to say that we have not made any addition in the plant after its installation and the depreciation value of the machinery had got reduced as per C.A. report.
3. Audited Balance sheets of last 3 years is attached herewith. Kindly note that we made single balance sheets for our Sugar Mill, Cogeneration Power Plant, Distillery Unit and Pet Bottling unit (Hard copy of last 3 years balance sheet is submitted at R.O. Hoshiarpur, being heavy files could not attach soft copies).
4. There is 200-300 Ltr. Water utilization per day in the Industry for plant Cooling Tower and Domestic use. The water in Colling tower is required for make up which is re-circulated through blowing machines. The water from septic tank is used onto land for plantation.
