From the perusal of the record,the earlier consents issued to the industry for manufacturing ERW Pipe was for a production capacity of 3.5 Ton/day. The industry had earlier also applied for increase power load upto 25% of existing load (179.809 to 224 KW) in the same premises vide industry letter no. NBE/2009/10 dated 4/12/2009 as the industry was suffering huge fines due to increased MDI. The industry had also submitted an affidavit in which it has mentioned that the industry will not increase in its production with the extension of load. The clearance certificate for increase in electric load for installation of non polluting machinery/motor was issued to the industry vide Regional Office, Patiala letter no. 188 dated 21/1/2010.
Now the industry has applied for increased production capacity i.e @ 20 Ton/day this need to be clarified you are requested to clarify the same within 2 days. |
