It is intimated that the subject cited industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, both valid upto 12/07/2016. Thereafter, the Consent to operate granted under both the Acts was extended upto 08/02/2017, 22/08/2017 and again upto 31/12/2017 with usual conditions and special condition at all times as under:
1) This consent is valid only for getting Actual User Certificate as required for recycling/ reprocessing of hazardous waste under HWM Rules.
2) The industry shall not procure & reprocess any hazardous waste without getting Registration/ Actual User Certificate as required for recycling/ reprocessing of hazardous waste under HWM Rules.
Now, the industry has again submitted an application for renewal of consent to operate under both the Acts. The industry is required to intimate the status of application of Actual User Certificate, as required for recycling/ reprocessing of hazardous waste under HWM Rules. |
