The application of the industry has been examined and it has been observed that
1) The industry has yet to obtain permission from CGWA for submersible pump installed in the premises. Further, the date of commissioning is mentioned as 2013 whereas in the application form of CGWA, date of commissioning is mentioned as Year 2011. A clarification is required in the matter. Further, in case the date of commissioning is Year 2011, the industry is required to deposit consent fees in year 2011. Otherwise it has to made a correction in CGWA application.
2) The Board vide no. 47236-261 dated 22-12-2017 has forwarded the directions issued by CPCB u/s 18(1)b of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 in the matter of manufacturing, storing and import of hazardous chemical Rules, 1989. From the application, it is not clear as to whether this industry is using hazardous chemical or is covered under the above rules or not and the clarification is required from the industry including the compliance status........................... The sampling results of stack emissions are awaited and these clarification are subject to qualifying the results.
