The application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that the industry is following under the limits of notified Master Plan of Patiala and has not submitted land use classification of its unit as per the provisions of the notified Master Plan of Patiala. However, this office has requested the DTP, Patiala vide letter no. 2888 dated 14.05.2018 to intimate this office as to whether the site of the rice shelling unit is located in the admissible zone of the master plan or not. If not as to how much time can continue its operation at this site as per section 79 of the Punjab Regional & Town Planning and Development Act, 1995.
Further, a copy of the same has also been endorsed to the industry for information and with the request to pursue the matter Department of District Town Planner, Patiala with regard to above. (copy attached)
In view of the above, you are again requested to pursue the matter with DTP, Patiala and submit the requisite report within three days, so that your application can be processed further. |
