The industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit to produce sorted raw rice @ 8 TPH without dryer. Now, the industry has applied for consents of the Board to produce raw rice @ 8 TPH, but as per the C.A. certificate submitted with the application, there is increase in the value of fixed assets of Plant & Machinery, in comparison with the earlier value as per C.A. certificate. You are requested to clarify the matter within 3 days so as to process the case on merits.
