The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed that :-
1) the industry has uploaded site plan of unit which is not duly approved by the Director of Factories or any competent person authorized by Director of Factories.
2) The industry has not submitted site suitability certificate issued from the District Town Planner, Ludhiana certifying that the industry site of the industry falls in industrial zone and such type of industries are permissible at the site.
3) The industry has added new piece of land since the grant of previous consent from 2750 sqm mtr to 5000 sq mtr. The industry is required furnish site suitability certificate of the additional land.
4) That industry has not submitted point wise compliance of the consent conditions.
5) The industry has changed its fuel from wood as fuel to pyrolysis gas as fuel in this application form so it is required to apply for varied consent to operate.
The industry is requested to supply the reply to the clarification raised within two days so that the application can be processed further
