The application of the industry has been scrutinised and it was observed that:
1. The promoter company was imposed special condition at serial no. 4 that the promoter company shall obtain revised environmental clearance under EIA notification, 14/09/2006. The promoter company has also not submitted the compliance report of the condition no. 5 of the NOC.
2. The promoter company has not submitted the compliance report of the Environmental clearance conditions.
3. The promoter company has also not submitted any details of the CSR activities carried by them.
4. The promoter company has also not submitted the drawing and design of the STP plant installed.
5. The promoter company has also not submitted the layout plan showing the various lines carrying treated, untreated and fresh water to the STP plant and to the horticulture area.
6. The promoter company has obtained environmental clearance, wherein, it has been mentioned that the domestic effluent will be generated to the tune of 166 KLD whereas the promoter company has mentioned the domestic effluent @ 146 KLD.
You are therefore requested to submit the reply of the above said clarifications within 2 days.
