The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The product details filled in the application are incorrected as the industry has mentioned manufacturing flow of the industry.
2. The industry has applied under green category (125. Spray Painting, Paint baking, Paint shipping). However, the same is not proper as per manufacturing flow chart submitted by the industry as there is no spray painting, paint baking and paint shipping work is involved.
3. The CA certificate submitted by the industry is not proper as the cost of the land mentioned 00.00 and cost of the building on rent mentioned 00.00, which is not proper. The industry needs to submit proper CA certificate (un-depreciated) as on 31.03.2025.
4. As per serial no. 2 & 3, the adequacy of consent fee deposited by the industry cannot be adjudged.
5. The detail mentioned in the application are incorrect i.e. Total investment (un-depreciated) (In lakhs) & Investment on plant and machinery (In lakhs).
6. The industry has submitted classification of land issued by DTP, SAS Nagar, as per letter, the above land falls under proposed agriculture zone (outside local planning area boundary) and falls under MC Kurali limits. The industry needs to submit NOC issued by Municipal Council Kurali regarding suitability of site for establishment of above industry (for the consent applied) to this location as per their rules.
7. The above industry is a Private Limited firm; however, the project proponent has not submitted MoA/ AoA of the industry.
8. The industry has not submitted authority letter of Sh. Kanav Aggarwal.
9. The industry is required to submit a detailed project report, including a complete list of machinery, the pollution control devices installed for controlling air emissions, and the water treatment arrangements provided within the premises. The above document is required as the industry has already been commissioned and has applied directly for Consent to Operate.
It is requested to submit reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
