It is submitted that the pp has sent an e-mail to RO w.r.t to change in category code of the industry and the same has been forwarded to HO, Patiala. The reply w.r.t. to mail sent has been received in which it has been mentioned that "No changes applicable in pending application." (copy attached)
Therefore, as discussed, the pp needs to apply according to the latest category code as per guidelines of CPCB issued vide letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO dated 12.02.2025.And the application of the pp may be returned, please and the pp is requested to re-submit the application after addressing the above clarification. |
