While scrutinizing the application, it was observed that as per last granted NOC, special condition was imposed that
(i) the remaining treated effluent @ 97.4-125.4-135.3 KLD after recycling shall be allowed for discharge into Sewer during Summer-Winter-Monsoon Season respectively after obtaining NOC from the competent authority regarding sewerage connection for the same, in accordance with the Environment Clearance granted to it by SEIAA, Punjab.
(ii) The project proponent shall get the sewer connection from competent authority before allowing any occupancy at site and if sewerage connection is not permitted by the Municipal Authorities/ GMADA at any stage, then the promoter company shall develop & maintain its own plantation area as per Karnal Technology either by owning land or by leasing out land for the same purpose and this land shall neither be used for any other purpose till terminal sewerage is accessible to the project & permission is granted by the competent authority to discharge the treated domestic effluent into their terminal sewerage.
The pp needs to submit supporting documents for disposal of excess water into the GMADA sewer.
Therefore, the pp needs to submit reply to the above mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
