The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not applied as per the latest categorization guidelines issued by the Central Pollution Control Board in the application form.
2. Details of the project have not been properly filled in the application form; therefore, the application is found to be incomplete.
3. Feasibility report from a qualified technical Person has not been submitted.
4. The Tehsildar’s report has not submitted, in accordance with the general siting guidelines of the industry.
5. The Land Use Classification / Change of Land Use (CLU) document has not been submitted by the project proponent.
