The application of the project has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has applied for ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 but no application for Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 has been received in this office.
2. The project proponent has granted ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) for production capacity of Washed Container @ 15000 Nmber/Year All type plastic dana @ 5000 MT/Year Metal Scrap & Paper Scrap @ 800 MT/Year but has sought the ‘Consent to Operate’ for Washed Container @ 15000 Nmber/Year All type plastic dana @ 25000 MT/Year Metal Scrap & Paper Scrap @ 8000 MT/Year .
3. The project proponent has not submitted the compliance report of the conditions of the granted ‘consent to establish’ (NOC).
