The application was scrutinized and following discrepencies are observed:-
1. As per CA certificates submitted total assets of the industry have increased, but the industry has not submitted any detail of the same, also the industry has not deposited required fee against the value increased in total assets.
2. Earlier following special condition was imposed to the industry while granting CTO
“The industry shall get boiler of capacity 32 TPH included in the fresh/expanded EC to be obtained by the industry”
But the industry has not submitted any compliance report on above special condition.
3. The industry has not submitted the compliance of EC and SAC granted to the industry.
It is requested to submit reply of the above observations within 02 days, so that application can be processed.
