The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that earlier the industry has not deposited consent fee alongwith its applications. Earlier the industry has submitted C.A certificate dated 31.01.2024 which shows the cost of total fixed assets of Rs. 14820.50 Lakh and cost of plant and machinery of Rs. 13756.70 Lakh, now the industry has submitted latest C.A certificate dated 31.12.2025 which shows the cost of total fixed assets of Rs. 15500.68 Lakh and cost of plant and machinery of Rs. 14436.89 Lakh, the industry has not submitted the detail regarding increase of fixed assets. The industry is also required to deposited NOC regularization fee. Earlier, the industry has granted CTO under Water Act, 1974 vide following special conditions :-
1) The industry shall provide a complete metering system to check the fresh water being drawn, treated waste water being used for plantation, treated waste water being used for reuse back into the industry and RO reject being used for plantation
2) The industry shall provide online monitoring system to check the pH and TDS of RO reject so as to ensure that both parameters are within prescribed limits.
But the industry has not submitted the compliance of above special conditions.
The industry needs to apply under new category code as per the latest CPCB classification of industries.
The industry needs to declare the sulphur content in the fuel used in heat treatment furnace alongwith quality certificate
