The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948 or exemption letter from Director of Factories.
2. The project proponent has not mentioned mode of insitu management of bio-degradable waste generated from the kitchen.
