The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
The industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has not submitted latest CA certificate with its application. Moreover, the bank guarantee submitted by the industry of amounting Rs. 1.0 lakh has already got expired on 21.09.2021 but the industry has not submitted extended bank guarantee of amounting Rs. 1.0 lakh in this office. Furthermore, earlier the industry was granted consents under red category but now the industry has applied under orange category which needs to be clarified.
