The application was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The unit has attached the partnership deed for M/s Khalsa Stone Crusher instead of M/s Bazari Bazar Stone Crusher. The unit is required to attach attested copy of partnership deed for M/s Bazari Bazar Stone Crusher.
2. The unit has attached sale deed vide which Sh. Inderjit Singh has sold the land to Sh. Harwinder Singh Sandhu, whereas, there is no mention about the sale of Stone Crusher. The unit is required to attach sale deed for change of proprietorship for the stone crusher.
3. The unit has not attached the ambient air analysis report from Board/NABL approved Laboratory.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 03 days so that the application can be processed further. |
