The application of the industry was scrutinized and it has been observed as under:
1. In the online application form, the industry has mentioned total value of assets as Rs. 91.1 lakhs and cost of plant & machinery is 54.15 lakhs. However, as per the CA certificate, total value of assets is Rs. 1.5 lakhs and cost of plant & machinery is 57.12 lakhs. The industry is required to clarify regarding the same.
2. Further, the industry is required to intimate the reason of increase in the value of assets and deposit the corresponding CTE regularization fee.
3. The industry has not attached/ uploaded any CTO fee receipt with the online application. As such, the adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged.
4. The industry is required to intimated the status of ETP installed by the industry in its premises and submit effluent analysis results of testing carried out by Board/ approved laboratory.
As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding the above within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter.
