The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has been established without obtaining the CTE of the Board. The industry obtained electricity load on 15/03/2019 and as such, the fees are required to submit the consent fee accordingly.
2. The industry has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 but has not applied for Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
The industry is also requested to submit the Site plan and approved Building plan and clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
