On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file, it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit certificate from EO MC Jalalabaad regarding its location within or outside the limits of MC Jalalabaad.
2. The industry is required to deposit adequate consent to operate fee under Water Act and Air Act.
3. The industry is required to submit latest emission analysis report from all the stacks of air pollution control devices provided.
4. The industry is required to intimate the expansion in machinery carried out, change in production capacity, increase in the pollution load and the necessary treatment technology provided to curb the pollution generated.
