Sir, We have regularized as industrial our plot/land by Municipal corporation we had paid the regularization industrial fee to the Govt. The regularization as industrial of plot done by the Competent authority only in industrial zone as per provision of master plan . moreover out unit is under orange category. 2. The value of land cannot include in the certificate but a note has been given by the CA in the foot of certificate. if we include the value of rs. 12.50 lacs as per the registry /land the slab of fees will not change.
So, please process our application and grant the CTO. |
