The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has applied for ‘Consent to Establish' (NOC) for SCO Plots @ 40 Number/day under green category i.e. 3079: Building and construction projects, having built-up area upto 20,000 m2 and waste water generation <50 KLD, however, the project proponent has not mentioned any details regarding proposed project to be made w.r.t. total area, built up area etc in its project report.
2. The project proponent is required to submit layout plan approved by competent authority.
3. The details of water consumption, generation and disposal according to various seasons is not submitted by the PP.
4. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report of STP.
5. The project proponent has not submitted details of arrangement regarding solid waste to be generated by the project.
You are requested to submit above said observations within 02 days.
