The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed as under:-
1. The industry has been granted CTE in the year 2021. The industry has applied after a gap of near 4 years. The industry is required to submit proper proof regarding date of commissioning of the industry.
2. The value of plant and machinery as mentioned in the CA certificate is Rs. 6.41 Cr which is more than 5 Cr however the industry has applied under small scale which is against the policy of the Board.
3. There is a vast difference between the project cost mentioned at the time of grant of CTE and the current CA certificate. The industry is required to explain the same and give complete details of plant and machinery installed.
