Sir,
In light of the clarifications required, it is submitted that the procurement of dry battery scrap would be made from defence telecom & energy sector on e-tendering basis. However the fixed quantity can’t be ascertained due to the nature of e-tendering process.
Also it is submitted that all the hazardous waste and residue originating from the unit M/s Sargun Power Pvt. Ltd. Would be processed by M/s Bharat Udyog Kathua (J&K) as it has state of art technology for lead smelting and also has the required clearances from the concerned Pollution department. Also it is submitted that M/s Sargun Power Pvt. Ltd. would apply for authorization under hazardous waste to the concerned department before commencement of the unit.
