The application of the industry was scrutinized & examined by this office and it was observed that:-
1) As, per CA certificate submitted by the industry, the gross fixed assets of the industry have been increased from Rs. 42.58 Lacs to 62.48 Lacs. The industry has not deposited the Rs. 1,800/- as NOC Regularization fee.
2) The industry has not deposited consents fee along with application form. As the fee slab is changed. As such, the industry is required to deposit Rs. 7,500/- under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 7,500/- under Air Act, 1981 to make it adequate upto 30.06.2022.
3) The industry has given the detail of machinery added but it is not cleared whether the production is increased or not with the installation of new machinery?
4) The industry is required to submit the fresh approved building plan.
5) The industry has not submitted the membership of CETP, Focal Point Module.
