While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The fee deposited by the project proponent is not adequate after deduction of penalty fee. Therefore, the project proponent needs to submit adequate penalty fee.
2. The project proponent has obtained consent to establish (NOC) for 01 no. DG set of capacity 25 KVA. However, now the project proponent has applied for 02 no. DG sets of capacity 25 KVA and 125 KVA. The project proponent needs to clarify regarding the same.
The project proponent needs to submit reply to the above-mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
