1. Despite multiple requests made by the undersigned, the industry has not signed agreement with CETP, Chanalon.
2. The industry was granted 'consent to establish' (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/FGS/2022/18326415 dated 13/05/2022 valid upto 21/04/2023, for the manufacturing of Seamless pipe & Tubes (Cold) @ 48 Metric Tonnes/Day Seamless pipe & Tubes (Hot) @ 72 Metric Tonnes/Day. However, the industry has now obtaining fresh 'consent to operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Seamless pipe & Tubes (Cold) @ 48 Metric Tonnes/Day only. Please provide complete detail regarding variation of proposed plan and executed one.
